No. Trade is for businesses and organizations that already sell, press, resell, or fulfill decorated products. Retail shoppers should use the standard store experience.
Will trade pricing be public?+
The standard program rates are public so professional buyers know what they are applying for. Your effective account pricing and eligible product prices remain private inside your approved DTFATL account.
Can you support rush or downtime orders?+
Tell us about overflow or equipment downtime in your application. We confirm timing for each order based on the service selected and current production availability.
What makes a strong application?+
A real business identity, a business site or social profile, a clear use case, and enough detail for us to understand how you buy and press transfers.
What happens after I apply?+
We review your information and send a clear decision or request the specific detail still needed. Approved partners then receive account and first-order instructions.
How does my Trade account level grow?+
Approved accounts can move from Trade Starter to Trade at 4 completed orders or $1,500 in lifetime spend, then to Trade Plus at 12 completed orders or $5,000 in lifetime spend. Upgrades do not require a new application. Production Partner requires owner approval for an established recurring production relationship.
What if I was part of the old VIP program?+
DTFATL is retiring the VIP label. Existing VIP buyers keep their order history and are being matched with the appropriate Trade Starter, Trade, or Trade Plus account level.
