01 FIRST ORDER CHECKLIST
Before you send the job, have these five things ready.
01Business accountUse the approved trade account tied to the business applying for access.
02Final artworkSend the production-ready file, not a screenshot or a mockup.
03Transfer formatChoose the builder or print-ready upload path that matches the job.
04Fulfillment choiceChoose local pickup, shipping, or both so the order can be routed correctly.
05Pressing planKnow the garment or surface, test plan, and who is responsible for pressing.
READY TO START?Sign in first.
Then choose the job.
If your Trade account is approved, sign in with the same business email, browse Premium DTF Transfers, and confirm your account rate in cart before paying. Georgia Saver has separate Saver pricing and does not receive Trade or VIP rates. No promo code is needed—the private rate is tied to the approved account.
Rate not visible? Do not pay a retail rate. First confirm you are signed in with the approved business email, then refresh cart. If it is still missing, use the reply path in your approval email so DTFATL can verify account access before checkout.
One last check before payment: your approved account rate should be visible in cart on a Premium DTF Transfer. Georgia Saver has separate Saver pricing and does not receive Trade or VIP rates. If the Trade rate is missing on Premium DTF Transfers, do not pay with a retail rate—confirm the approved business email, refresh cart, and use the reply path in your approval email if access still needs help.
02 FILE PREP
Clean input makes a calmer production day.
Send
- Final-size artwork with transparent background where needed.
- Clear color and placement intent for every design.
- One organized file per job, with notes for names or variations.
- Enough separation between designs for the chosen layout.
Check before upload
- Open the file at final size and inspect edges, small type, and thin lines.
- Remove hidden mockup layers, garment photos, and unused artboards.
- Keep a copy of the approved file and the order number for reorders.
- Flag anything unusual before production begins.
03 PRODUCT SELECTION
Match the transfer format to the work in front of you.
MANY DESIGNSGang-sheet builder
Use when a job has multiple designs, sizes, or placements that can be organized together efficiently.
Best question: “What can share one production layout?”FINAL LAYOUT READYPrint-ready gang sheet
Use when the final gang-sheet layout is complete and ready to upload at the selected sheet size.
Best question: “Is this file ready to print as submitted?”SERVICE LEVELSaver vs. Premium
For an approved Trade rate, start with Premium DTF Transfers. Georgia Saver uses separate Saver pricing and does not receive Trade or VIP rates. Then confirm the job's timing, finish, and current availability before promising a customer date.
Best question: “Does this job need the approved Premium path?” 04 TIMING + PRESSING
Plan around the confirmed order, not a guess.
01Order receivedArtwork and product path are checked.
02Timing confirmedProduction timing is confirmed against current capacity.
03Press + inspectFollow the product-specific press guidance and test on the intended material.
04FulfillPickup or shipping follows the selected route and confirmation.
Press guidance: use the current product instructions, a compatible garment or surface, and a small test before a full run. Do not assume a setting from one transfer type applies to another.
05 PICKUP + SHIPPING
Choose the route that matches the job’s schedule.
LOCALPickup
Choose pickup when the team is already moving through the local service area. Wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before dispatching a driver.
